Recording my journey of trying to make it through life and find God, joy, purpose and meaning along the way...basically in search of eternal life here on earth.
my eyes hurt. from a whole day (and a whole chunk of last night) of reading up the matrix online's storyline according to rarebit, and various forums' attempts to explain the storyline's reasoning (what was the oracle's motive in creating BIPs that had the power to destroy the matrix? whose side are the oligarchs on? what happens to trinity and neo's bodies in machine city since they're not recycled? can the MxO even be considered as canon material?)
rather hilarious and sad at the same time watching giantbomb's final hour of gameplay before MxO closed…why oh why didn't i think to search for the game before it ended!!!
can't even play the MxO emulators because the only functioning laptop i have now is my mac (the Windows laptops, typically, have been virus-attacked and left to rot in my cupboard).
sigh. and all this interest stemmed from last night's TV broadcasting of the matrix revolutions, thereby sending me into nostalgia mode and reigniting my curiosity of what happens after the truce (i knew morpheus died a few years back in MxO but i didn't pursue the lead to find out that trinity, though dead, lives on, soullessly, as a BPI program in the matrix, and neo purportedly does the same via a professor-x-of-x-men-like switch to sarah edmonton's body, nor that MxO shut down three years ago)…gah, if only i had taken my eyes away from work back then and pursued MxO despite it being a paid subscription service).
