the puppy what if...one day you stopped by a pet shop and saw the cutest puppy ever? and you walked in and asked the shopkeeper if you could play with it and you found it responded to you very well?and what if it really seemed to have just about everything you could ever want or expect in a puppy, from the shiny brown fur coat right down to its personality? and what if you decided to visit it often, stopping by the shop at least once every week just so you could play with it? and what if finally, you decided you really wanted the puppy and you went up to the shopkeeper that day and asked if you could buy it...and quite unexpectedly, the shopkeeper says, "no, the puppy is not for sale", and asks you to turn around and leave? "that puppy is reserved for someone else..try coming back next time," he says. but what then, if you start to find it hard to accept? what do you do? |
