read between the lines
today's daily (part 2) not-so-random thought of the day no. 2: "And I don't want the world to see me Cause I don't think that they'd understand When everything's made to be broken I just want you to know who I am..." -- Iris, Goo Goo Dolls since they've been playing this song on tv lately, i was reminded of it and what the lyrics of the chorus were, and how i could identify with them. sometimes you just feel that way. especially if you're me. but toodles, i'm not so emo right now, thank god. there is a time to reflect....and then it's time to move on. maybe, like what nick hornby wrote about in about a boy, what keeps the main character, Will, going on, was the act itself of going on. |
